BIO
Aline joined the Faculty of Natural Sciences in 2020 as a Project Manager.
Having previously coordinated multi-national clinical research studies focused on understanding different responses to medication in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis, Aline's interest in cancer research developed while studying a master's degree in Cancer & Clinical Oncology at Barts Cancer Institute. She currently manages MACH3CANCER, a CRUK-funded project that aims to develop technology to more accurately image complex 3D cancer cell models.
Aline is passionate about promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, especially within the natural sciences, and is a member of the Imperial As One (Imperial's BAME Staff and Student Network) Committee and the Department of Physics Juno Committee.
